There are a lot of myths and doubts about hair growth and hair fall. Let's burst all the myths and give you scientific reasons behind each one of them.
What are the questions and the common myths that we are going to address in this video?
1. Most people believe that "trimming the split ends every 3 to 6 months increases hair growth." Is it true?
2. Most people think that frequently shaving their hair makes it grow faster and thicker. What are your thoughts on this?
3. Another myth is that we should apply oil, and we should frequently apply oil on the scalp for the hair to grow. Some say that I don't apply oil at all to my scalp as it causes dryness and dandruff. What would you like to tell them, ma'am?
4. Most people think that there are a lot of shampoo brands available these days, and out of all the brands 1. Can we take a hair bath every day? 2. Since these shampoos have a lot of chemicals, will that affect our hair? 3. Or how many days a week should we use shampoo for our hair? Can you please talk about the scientific evidence for this?
5. Should we let our hair air dry, or should we blow dry our hair? This is another common question that arises. Most people are afraid of using too much blow-drying or machines as it causes hair fall, and another common myth is that the more we comb our hair, the more blood circulation our scalp gets. Are these myths true?
6. After the age of 35 or 30, or even at a young age, people say they are stressed. And they say hair graying is caused by stress. And if we see a gray hair that too at 30 to 35 yeast, people will even get a heart attack. So as soon as they see it, they try to pluck it. and this is followed up by another myth: "If you pluck your gray hair, it will increase your number of gray hairs." What is the scientific background for this?
