@@Ajcapito I get what you’re saying to some degree and me too I prefer an interchangeable lens camera with a larger sensor etc… but “real” is a very subjective thing. This is exactly what people said about phone cameras… but now real filmmakers can shoot multimillion dollarpound films on them when they want to.

Great video Nick. I got my P3 as soon as it was released and have created loads of videos with it for my clients mainly for Reels. I have to say I do quite love it. I do constantly worry about breaking it and even smacked it on a metal beam when it was on the end of a monopod but thankfully it survived! Active track is certainly temperamental and don’t use it much unless filming myself. Gimbal does get a little wild and yes, reaches its end point. However, it has created some really quite amazing content for me and my clients and it’s one of the best camera purchases I have made. So intrigued for the P4 as I will definitely get one.

I love my pocket 3 but I rarely use it in motion. It's usually sitting still. I would love an osmo action with the 1 inch sensor and lens from the pocket 3. The OP3 is a much easier setup than a full size camera for vlogging and the image is really really good.

I’m a consumer and all i want is a 1 inch sensor, gimbal, and zoom lens. Nice to have would be a built in ND filter

@@dianaa8125 the tiny little k&f ND filters are really good, you also don’t need to remove them for the gimbal to reset in place correctly like some other brands I got this one: amzn.to/4axH3xu

I find Log footage is best just used with LUTs. I use Nikon cinema tool luts. They also sell Sony luts, which are all great. Just means you don’t need to spend hours colouring if you don’t want to.

Totally with you, I love using LUTS my favourites I’ve found are the Phantom LUTS by Joel Famularo but I experiment with others too! What I find is that the equivalent LUTS for each of the cameras still don’t match, no matter how close I try and make it.. I’ll check out your video.. and thanks for the tip about the Cinema Tools LUTS!
