Gotta say this is the most innovative and ingenious woodworking channel on KZbin. And I have followed many for several years. It would be interesting to know more background about this mysterious guy.

I've always loved your portable, magnetic drill stand. And these accessories for it are brilliant! I've also thought that an oblong slot big enough for a hand to fit in could be milled into the vertical support at the back of the drill stand. Would serve as a perfect handle for carrying, or holding during drilling operations.

I like your channel👍.. but something bothers me. Everything is always so perfect🧐...and I know it can't be.🤔 Of course, something doesn't go according to plan, or you make a mistake... you cut it wrong, etc😅... Just for fun - a video compilation of all the "accidents" would be interesting.😉

Yeah, I find it intimidating when I have a go at something being demonstrated only to discover how imperfect the results are. Always nice to know that the "teacher" screws up sometimes too.

Atleast he is human - when he started to show how to use it, the hole in dowel is off by ½-1 mm - it subtle but its off, well atleast the cross is off. Still proves the point. Is it over the top and precision far beyond you need for 95% of woodworking...Yes! Is it a great video? YES!

@Robert Kovacic. Indeed, a few bloopers would ben fun. However, it looks all too easy. One time I tried something similar, but the painstaking preperations of designing something usefull, a step by step srcipt, filming ánd editing, tryouts, testing, buying and finding the right materials and last but not least cleaning the workshop every step of the way....was just too much for me. He is one of many, but lonely at the top.

His plans are in the metric system (as they should be). I'm American BTW. You have to source the parts from Misumi or find a suitable replacement. You could in theory take the ideas and put your own spin on them to avoid using his parts but that could be a challenge.

When we learn anything from others irrespective of their age we'll always treat them as a TEACHER ( GURU JI ) so, before praise or pray our GURU JI we always need his chehra as per hindu mythology (means his photo) My sincere request, in your next session any possibilities show our GURU JI face NAMASTE 🙏
