I too found this really interesting and good, but probably more for radio play than Eurovision. But I actually like this and it's in my UMK top 3, for now at least! And yes, Erika has said she wasn't planning to return to UMK, but this song just "screamed Eurovision", so that does sound promising ;)

Yes! I have quite same thoughts as you. I think if we choose this song it will go to final but it's not going to be top 10 in final. Also I can't think of pop-artist Sia when I hear this song soo this is not unique...😅

I also think that I can't really tell what this song is made of. I like it? But do I like it enough? 🤔 I don't know how to rank it. I think I need to listen to the song more without the video, to me the video was kinda distracting. I was intrigued about the video seeing the set beforehand, but unfotunately I feel like it didn't really go anywhere. But I really like her sound, I think her voice and way to pronounce is fascinating! I want to hear more of her in the future! I'm just not sure if this particular song is it for me.

I loved this. It was right up my alley... but I'm not sure if it's a ESC song... At the moment Neea River is still my favourite for the competition.

Finland is never "mediocre", as you should know if you have watched ESC at all... But you are probably just a jealous Swede 😃 The overall level of UMK is so high, especially this year.

I probably should’ve elaborated that this song is actually great. But it’s not the one we’ll pick. Finland will probably end up picking one morning left as a final act of desperation for the success Käärijä had. For the amount of metal bands per capita, you don’t think a better option wasn’t available? All of the songs this year are just aggressively average and safe.
