damn, the amount of hidden legends hidden within the OSRS community is astounding! i'm sure the practice was very lengthy, and finding a perfect world to do this on was a whole nother process. Awesome man, congrats!

I don’t even understand what i’m looking at. Can someone explain how any of this is working? I’ve heard of tick eating but i don’t get how that’s possible when taking so many different hits

He ticks eats with strawberries when there are 6 Jads attacking him at once. Strawberries heal 6 and since each Jad hits a max of 1 (as he has 1 HP when their attack is calculated) it perfectly lines up. Once he spawns healers for one of the Jads, he steps under one Jad and swaps to Guthix rests. These only heal 5 (so you can't use them when all 6 are alive) but don't interrupt his attack, so the DPS is way higher. During the setup, he is using tick-perfect flinching and step unders to put the jads on the right cycle (note the whip hits at the start, for example). Since the Jads are off-ticked at the beginning, he has to combo tick eat (Rendi's talked about this a lot in his level 3 fire cape videos) to survive the initial part. He initially tick eats with a slice of chocolate cake (which lets him survive the first 2 Jad hits that read his HP at 1) and then combos this with a brew (the remaining 3 Jads read his HP at 6 so they max 6) which heals 16 against the 18 incoming damage (with his 6 current HP he will survive). The rest is just repeating this with tick and tile perfect movement to off-tick the remaining Jads.
