Here how to determine tension patttern in your eyes: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iXbPi6eMo7GCgLc&ab_channel=LeoAngart

Hi, he has another video on finding out tension pattern on his channel. I share the same concern as you but I think more about relaxing rather than trying to "exercise" Also maybe look up Elliot Forrest and think about your own vision habits in life. (I am not an eye doctor or professional, this is not medical or any sort of legal advice)

From what I understand from his video, the clown exercise shown at the end may help? Also, I watched another KZbin video that talks about changing habits of how you use your eyes pulling from Elliot Forrest findings on astigmatism. I thought back to how I been using my own eyes these past 3 years as my astigmatism has gotten a little worse quite fast which was unusual for me as my astigmatism used to be very minor and in the opposite direction it was as a child...and the way I use my eyes aligns with my astigmatism and tension pattern. I'm on my own journey to halt the progression and reverse it back to the original state but it took me about 3-4 years to get worse due to a sudden change in habits and my environment, I imagine improvement will take that same or more time to reverse or at least halt it from getting worse. I've just kind of started, so I do not know whether it works or not. What I understand from this video and Elliot Forrester research, it's about relieving the uneven tension and use more of turning your head where you look and changing your viewing habits to take off the strain of eyes. Like when you look at a bird in the sky, instead of using just your eyes to look up, look up with your head and eyes so they move together to avoid strain. But apply this to everyday life. I am not an eye doctor or any sort of professional, so this is not any sort of medical or legal advice, just recapping personal findings of others research.
