I'm no expert, just an extreme admirer of these exquisite homes you show which are close in proximity to me ( I live in Hudson County ) yet had no idea such mansions exist here. So interesting to see !! Seems like a reasonable price considering it includes so much many could only dream about. In addition to what one would expect in a mansion this size, there are added amazements like two full laundry rooms, full changing room, steam room, yoga room, gym / rock climbing wall, billiards area, movie area, mechanics pit in the garage, etc etc. This home has it all and then some

Unfortunately, this home is in one of the areas of extremely high property tax. For this place the yearly property tax is $120,000.

The exterior of this overpriced home is stucco! Realistically this home worth $4,500,000 I currently reside in New England living in Jersey. I wouldn't.

Sorry you feel that way. However, you are incorrect about the price. You are minutes from Manhattan. The property is huge, and the ceiling height is insane. Thanks for watching

Jersey City, NJ has condos easily selling for $1 million, $2 million, no where near the square footage of a home like this, not to mention all the extras, no outside yards either. I am no expert but I think this price is very fitting considering what is being offered here
