6 Minute Chest Workout - Hey guys, in this video tutorial on a dumbbell chest workout at home, I am going to show you how to get ripped in a quick 6 minute workout and in this video it will be focused on your chest. This is going to be your RIPPED IN 6 workout, which will be 4 different exercises, and they will all be done in a giant set. It will be 37 of each exercise, and you are going to do this for 2 rounds. After you do the 2 sets back to back, you will have 1 minute left for you to do a finisher. That being said, let’s get started in this video tutorial with a 6 minute dumbbell chest workout.
The very first exercise in this workout for chest at home with dumbbells is the Dumbbell Chest Fly. You want to make sure to get a good full range of motion, and really get a good stretch. Making sure to have a good form for those 37 seconds is very important in this chest dumbbell workout at home. Right after those 37 seconds you are going to go straight into the Chest Press, which is the next exercise in this 6 minute chest workout with dumbbells. The next exercise in this chest workout at home with dumbbells is the Dumbbell Pullover. Then, in this same exercise, you are going to squeeze the dumbbells together and do a chest press. So you do a Pullover and go right into a chest press for one rep, and do that for 37 seconds. After this exercise, you are going to do a Supinated Press in this dumbbell chest workout at home. You want your palms to be facing yourself, and you are going to do these alternating. Really focus on contracting your chest, and again with the supinated group your palms are facing behind you.
After you do one full set of the 6 minute chest workout with dumbbells, you are going to start the set over again with the Chest Fly. Do one more set, which will bring you to 5 minutes and then we will do the finisher in this intense dumbbell workout for chest at home. This is such a great 6 minute chest workout because it is quick, intense, and you can do it at home with only dumbbells. Your chest should be on fire at this point! Depending on your fitness level, if you need to take a break, go ahead and rest the dumbbells in one place so you have time to get caught up, and build your stamina back up because this 6 minute dumbbell chest workout is intense! Again, don’t feel bad if you need to take a quick break. Just rest the weights, don’t stop the workout, keep pushing through the intense chest dumbbell workout at home. Do the best you can, and make sure to have good form in this chest workout at home with dumbbells. This workout for chest at home with dumbbells is not easy, and it will be super intense and i’m sure you will see and feel the results. Just make sure that you are challenging yourself in this 6 minute dumbbell chest workout.
The finisher in this workout for chest at home with dumbbells is going to be a pushup finisher. You are going to do as many push ups that you can do in a minute to finish off this 6 minute chest workout. Even if you have to finish on your knees, that okay. Just give it your all for the last minute and don’t give up this dumbbell chest workout at home. The goal is to do as many as you can, and you will eventually build it up the more you do this 6 minute chest workout with dumbbells, and the more you build your chest.

You have the best routines that really get results. I still use the bicep super set (12 sitting curls, 12 spider curls, 12 standing curls, 30second break then repeat 3x) and it's killer everytime. I'm definitely doing this workout tomorrow.

no need for timer app--- I just play this vid and many of your vids and follow along! I've been using your Ripped in 6 vids for about 2 months 4-6x a week and am starting to see a difference! I'll play a Ripped in 6 vid (light weight), then afterwards choose 1 exercise and tricon that 3 sets(pyramid 12,10,8 reps) , then finish with same Ripped in 6 (med weight). I'm done inside of an hour and I'm beat!

@@krypticscythe2012 sorry for the late response. yes. My husband and I have both done this series for awhile now. It is very intense which is why we’ve seen results and very quickly. My sister really noticed the difference in my arms and I’m amazed at how “hard” my biceps alone became very quickly. I have to be careful I don’t do too much so I still look feminine Lol. I’m lean so it probably doesn’t take as much for me to notice a diff. If you’re a guy, go for it! If a girl, maybe use lower weights for awhile. I only have 15 and 20 lb weights...for arms I do less reps and shoulders I can’t even get through the whole shoulder routine with 15’s 😂Just modify if need be. You will still get results I promise!!

Dang Gary, you look fantastic. You got a nice tan on your vacation. This workout out is great for these crazy weeks I have had. I have been doing a lot of singing crafting and attending vending events and camping at some of them. I just sang the National Anthem at a local event and snag at the Balcak River Tavern last week,. I am not getting ready for a Tribal Fire an Arts Festival where I will be selling my jewelry and crafts and also participating in some of the events as a leader. Be well and many blessing your way.

Thanks for this workout... Hopefully I can get some more definition and get rid of a tiny bit of fat under my pecs to the sides. Anymore tips on how to burn fat like crazy... Cardio or more weights or just combine? New to this as I've just bought my bench.

Combining resistance training and HIIT Cardio is a great way to get the fat burning. With the HIIT Cardio, you will be burning fat even after the workout.

Hey Gary, I just knocked out the ripped in six chest workout today and it was tough as always ....👍 Question...after a 2 minute rest, I knocked out the Tricon Chest workout was that a good idea? My chest was burning doing the dumbbell pullover to a squeeze press but I got through it. Today was the first time I executed the ripped in six and Tricon in the same workout. Just seeking your advice. Thanks.

I'm a 61 yr man, weighting 315 lbs. I've been lifting weights for many yrs. But due to poor eating habits & being disable (spinal fusion lower back in 2013, left knee replacement 1.5 yrs ago in 2018 & needing my right knee replaced also.....need to lose 20 lbs for surgery). I able bench 225 x5 on the 4th set of pyramid & curl 35 or 40 lbs at ease before I start feeling pinch on my back. I prefer doing the 6 min workouts on various videos. My question to you is what schedule or workout can I add to this? I'm not trying to bulk...just to be lean at 250lbs.

Guys don’t do the chest flies on the bench. Do it on the ground, because having your shoulders bare that brunt can damage them immensely. Please, just do it on the floor and stay safe

The pullovers to hit the chest are doing with straight arms .. not like you do .. by this form you hit more back/dorsal .. your way to do exercises need to be improved .

So what's the objective? To build size? To get cut? Certainly not to build strength, right? Is this meant to be a complete chest workout? A little more context would be nice. Also, FYI, you have a typo at the beginning of the video. There is only one "c" in "exercise." Thanks for the video.
