I remember doing the same thing at 7:01--- I was talking smack at the lil mob and saying "do you know how f*** you are rn", and then it bloody turned into that secret boss. I panicked rolled and died embarrassingly.

Interesting thing about the Worm face one. I came through there early in the game to try and map things, killed the fire dude he was disguised as and kept moving. Next time I came through to clear content, the Wormface was standing there

There’s a guy who ran up to me say “oh ye is a tarnished” or something similar near the outer wall battleground site of grace at altus plateau and I thought he was an npc so I didn’t kill him but he turned into margit the first boss one and he had the second phase move set from the start. After beating him once he doesn’t transform again but he doesn’t give runes whenever you kill him either
