If the training & base location is same then you got your full salary. But if your base location is different then house allowance & some other perks will be deducted. Fundamentals of java/python and strong command in OOPS.

just like you said after IPA there will be interview when there are projects requirement and if interviews goes well you are part of the team but at a same time you said that you will allocate to project even though you dont have knowledge in it and you will learn and implement in project will you please explain this in breifly?
