Bro i think you are the right person to answer my question I have offer from tcs ninja role and a product based startup. The package of startup is slightly less than tcs with 3 years bond. I am confused between both. And during the tcs interview they said no development role and role is based on project and i said ok but my interest is in development role. What will you suggest? In that startup everything is ok but bond is long and pay also slightly less. And i case of breaking the bond do we have to serve the notice period even if we pay the amount for breaking the bond. If we do like this and join other company during background verification will this be a problem?

Tabse bhai kaam he nahi karunga bol diya maine... 100% contribution se direct 0% contribution to the project. Bohot mental trauma hua bhai, roj roj k mails dhamkiya, HR ka escalation.. fir 2 months baad release mil gya 😅

I am also facing similar kind of issue. They are not giving me the opportunity of releasing me from the unit so they keep me allocated in the old project from which I want to get released. They deallocated me but after some day they again tag me to the same old project even if I have the release mail I could not do anything. 😭

Brother me&my friends have 1year 10months of experience as software developer still im unable to receive calls now a days people expect 2.5 years how r u able to schedule job interview with just 1.3 years of experience?????

Hii, I had joined tcs at 21 july 2022 ... I want to resign tcs but having bond of 1 year.... I am completing 9 months after 2 days . ...then when it is better to resign?? I mean (9 months working+ 3 months notice period = 1 year..... will i get experience letter of 1 yr.?? Or notice period is included in 1 yr bond or else excluding

Yes you can resign after 3 days ..and serve notice period you don't have to pay bond you will get experience letter of 1yr

After rejection mene firse NQT ki taiyaari start kar di or Prime role k liye interview Diya, is baar interview bhi shi gya tha par TCS ne firse reject kar diya 😢 Pta nhi kya hi galti ho gyi mujhse😞 Mene to interview ko interesting banane k liye interviewers se cross questions bhi kre the or 50+ minutes ka interview Diya tha. Ninja k liye bhi select nhi kiya mujhe 🥹🥹🥹

Bro reply please, I worked Tcs for 3 months..in TCs bps. I have no bond.. Now they keep saying something about full & final settlement.. If i don't pay it can anything happen? I have served whole notice period
