Black band is still really heavy. I would buy a red band or yellow band and forget the straddle and just work the adv tuck if i was you. Keep it up!

Thinner band 15 second advance tuck. Handstand push-ups and pseudo planche push-ups instead of dips. Add leans at the end you’ll see results in 3 weeks

Leans and psuedo pu are useless when you reach this point (unless u can already hold a 10+ hold on adv tuck, just do hspu weighted or not, dips, and straight arm dumbbell flies

@@HoustonHutch1 Oh i was talking about the very first ones shown in the video, those from calisports. Im based in France rn so i can't get them (i saw that they dont do deliveries outside uk) I've been looking on Amazon and found Bullstep parallettes to be what i want so i'll get those.
