Hahaha I’m not the best person when it comes to stuff like that, hence why I leave the fiancé to do it all! It basically detects any live wires and pipe work that you could possibly drill into and cause either a fire or a leak depending on what you drill into. It’s very good, we haven’t had any problems with it
