Thanks bro, I’d say I keep my hands out my hair. I was washing my hair every week and a half, but recently this month Im testing going without a hair wash for 2/3weeks to see if I retain any natural scalp oils because I deal with dryness. I’m not really using any particular shampoos at the moment because everybody in my house be using up all the products lool
