Sciatica has kept me off the golf course for many years. You've shown me a potential, worthwhile hobby. Thanks. I need one.

Thank you so much for everything you do. You are so respectful and teaching your son such lessons in respect. Also I think of all the mothers and fathers who couldn't do that now or have passed on, and I can only imagine how thankful they must be to have someone clean up their child's tombstone.. God bless you both. BTW, your little dog is adorable also!

I am awed by what a wonderful young man Ronin is! A rare gem of a child. He looks so much like you. What the two of you do is absolutely amazing!!!

You my friend are a wonderful father. It's obvious. I love your son's name! Lol My 8 year old grandson's name is also Ronin. 😅 I'm going to see what I can do in my local cemetery here in Sierra Vista Arizona.

I love that you read the stones, you've cleaned. I believe that when you do, these children are somehow alive for the time you and Ronin take in caring for their stones.

Ronin is directing the project today!!! “We can do 4 today!” He’s so cute!!!

Yeah it was nice seeing him ready to work. He had actually done one before these basically solo. I forgot about that one and have posted these out of chronological order.

Why aren't the head stones attached to the base? Never noticed that before. You two are doing a wonderful service for these little kids.
@VirginiaTombstoneRevival10 ай бұрын
I think they start off attached but overtime whatever the adhesive they use to bond them breaks down. I’ve seen plenty of left over dried, yet brittle bonding agent. What we want to do is start connecting them again, but that stuff isn’t cheap

My father is very concerned when things are out of square or undeveloped. Sigogly. The young man was just attempting to right the stone. As I have watched my father father do. I am the same about things in my garden being out of line and out of square. Robin is a great kid who shows respect for the graves of others.

I read your comment without any issues :) I was an iron worker for years, so things being unlevel our out of square/plumb bother me also...but I know there are limitations to what I can and should do out here. Thank you for watching and your comment!

I was confused for a second seeing Ronin undermining that marker, then i realized that he was planning to straighten it. great job by a compassionate, much respected young man. These videos of yours are so wholesome. It's always so enjoyable to see such compassion for the past & currently alive family members & friends.

Our goal is to be as respectful as possible to each stone we do just in the off chance that someone related to the deceased is watching. Some markers I’ve found and cleaned I have reached out to friends or family that I’ve been able to find o “findagrave” to ask if they’d be ok if I posted those certain videos for the world to see and remember their loved ones. Some have declined, so those I will not be posting. The vast majority have been very happy for us to do this for them.

So do you still do veterans stones?
@VirginiaTombstoneRevival10 ай бұрын
Yes. We have just been trying to knock out this one children’s area mainly for the last few months. Still a ways to go. But the next few that I actually want to do are veterans. Two are a father and son. Both veterans. One is a Medal of Honor recipient. The other was fellow police officer that was killed in the line of duty. Once Memorial Day gets closer the veterans will take over our priorities for a bit.
