@@JoseSepulvedaSoCalRealtor I have several rental properties in Riverside. Bought my first rental in 1998 and purchased a few more during the last crash. I no longer live there, but go there pretty regularly, since I do a lot of my own maintenance. Living in Victorville and Rosarito beach. Spend time at both places.

Is Temecula considered the IE?

I hear some people debate it because the IE doesn't have any technical boarders but I believe most people see Temecula as the south end of the IE. Is this where you live or considering moving to?
