Thanks to your suggestions, I deep condition weekly. One week protein, next week moisture. I went from tips of my ears to waist in like 4 years

Regarding not using more products as you have your core line nailed down, does this also apply to sponsorships? I don't mind hearing about new products (though it can become difficult to keep up with all of them, lol).

The trends are why I love the stylists at cut it kinky. Their simple “shampoo condition style” turned into a “no oils no butters” trend bc ppl couldn’t believe they didn’t have to do 5000 things to retain length. Natural hair doesn’t have to be complicated

I cut my hair after growing it for 18 months because my scalp got SICK. One month into my new hair(scalp) journey & I'm loving it. I realized that my poor diet and excessive consumption of dairy was my issues. Scalp health equals healthy hair.

Inversion method technically works. More blood circulation does make your hair grow. However exercise does the same thing.

It's the gimmick of it all! People were saying their hair grew a whole inch in a week...like what? 😂A scalp massage and healthy expectations would've sufficed.

@@WillOnAWhim Will are you aware of MSM? That actually grows your hair faster! It's the only compound that keeps your hair in the anagen stage and reduces the shedding stage but that's the side effect! It's reduced inflammation, helped with lupus and psoriasis.

“I need a man that can bring me deep conditioner weekly 🗣🗣” 😂 Your do’s for 2022 are definitely some of my goals too, especially scalp care. My scalp sometimes gets incredibly itchy and I don’t know why! I can’t use eco styler either so I probably do get allergic reactions to certain products

@Neosoul_prima3 жыл бұрын
So happy you said you use sulfates! Like Chile a lot of these shampoos, are just not doing their jobs, and so many hair issues can be reduced if people just keep their hair and scalp clean! I have also told lots of men to leave these barbers alone! They aren’t very hygienic, and all of that scraping is dramatizing to the follicles on the scalp!

I’ve been natural for a year now, and I am all about my hair lol but I mostly just do my hair routine, braid it up and leave her alone in said braids for a week and re-do the cycle all over again. My top tip for tangle free terrific hair twirling is: take breaks. I spend a month every 3 months in my low manipulation protective hairstyle that is a smooth out. I can not risk chest infections and cold dampation of Britain by dealing with my hair every single dark Autumn through to Spring morning. It is horridddddd! So take breaks curl queens and kings. Its a must.

when i protective style i don't use gel period, just a lil leave in conditioner and grease and it holds up very well. i don't even gel my wash and gos i just grease my scalp a lil and let my fro go. and i don't part it and grease it like when you was a kid and your momma did it. i just put some on my finger tips and massage it in like an oil i find that on my twists gel slicks my hair too much to where they just fall out. the curl gets too smoothed out so my hair can't actually "bundle" up together
