Thanks so much for your question!! Thrbanswe is it depends on the local market. Pools can be very expensive variable and are often left out of the building process. We are seeing plunge pools Or cocktail pools being offered as an option. Check with your realtor about how common they are in your specific area and neighborhood. Pools have such a large range of construction and size it's difficult to accountbdor their value. Hope this is helpful! 🏊🥽
