Because it is a completely different pitch that even Ashe didn't do himself. The lower notes on the chorus are the chorus it's just mixed with the harmonized vocals louder in the mix on the album. Check out Ashe singing this song on here and you'll here it.

Both are great. I honestly prefer Daniel though. He's got more range. Ashe is high pitched for most of all he does. Not that that is bad.

I love Ashe for his work on the album, but in terms of live performances I choose Dan all the time. They both have vocals that are beyond beautiful, bur Dan wins in terms of overall vocals.
