My biggest takeaway as a one-month old created is rethinking my positioning. “The Netflix of…” example was very cool. I have a very small niche - how to become a certified beer judge - and this helped me think of a more creative way to express what the channel is about. I’m thinking of using brewing terms in my description to help better connect with my target audience. As you said, lots of easy questions to ask, but VERY difficult to answer.

Hi Sean, I'm loving this kind of episodes, very strategic an thoughtful. I couldn't help to wonder....Don't you think that positioning for being the KZbin guy is a very risky thing? if, KZbin disappear, what is left? I personally think of you as the Grow with Video Guys and that is how I choose to position you and your team in my mind, your Ai tips, this shows, ethics, faith(even thou I'm not christian I bow down to the core values and principles), truly have helped my channel...that being said I don't think KZbin is going away any time soon and certainly hope it stays for a loooong time but the thought just came to me and I wanted to share it in case you find it helpful....thanks again...ps. sorry about typos and stuff English is not my main language😅
