Scupper hole leaks are a pain the repair (properly) even Hobie says to use caution on their plug in cart (no more than an hour) Definitely prefer the bar carts for heavier fishing kayaks but you are right that they are pricey

I've built 2 of the PVC pipe ones and broke them both pulling my perception outlaw with trolling motor and batteries plus all my ecc. Weighs about 130lbs

Yeah.. I don't consider landing gear a cart so it didn't make this particular video. But yes, if you have the TracMounts... they are a good option for sure.

@@kayakfishingobsessed exactly I got mine stuck in Girard on mahoning river and the PVC shattered when I gave it a hard tug to land my yak. Thinking about the landing gear but I wonder if it will get in the way when out on the water fishing
