I'm curious about how the P127 is behaving with the Newport. I've been thinking about a motor for my P127 since I got it 2 years ago, but I don't hear many positive reports. It seems P127 design is not very conducive with motors.

Great podcast! The first swim jig from Beast Coast was the Dream Balance. It was an awesome swim jig, very hard to find. The great stuff always gets discontinued. I’m glad I still have some. Lol i was always told by my dad that kayaks are far more dangerous than a canoe 2 years ago went kayak fishing with a friend of mine he had 3 fishing yaks told him what my dad said he laughed and said yea if your in the white water type where you got to sit in it was my first time on a fishing yak made by cabellas i literally fell in love with them only bad thing i didnt like was when there was high winds had a bass boat that brought up big waves my buddy was waiting for me to flip he asked me if i was sure that i never been in a kayak cause i was handling it like i had many years of experience i didnt stand up i tried a few times but got a bit scared

I just started using the wacky rig and have been catching soo many more fish. I love using the purple 5inch yum dinger but unfortunately I ran out and can't find that color anymore. It's a great lure.

Don't Fish the Highland reservoirs in Utah then... they go from flat and calm to 3x that in about 10mins or less. Always around 10 to 12... best to put in north and fish south then the wind will bring you back when its ready.
