Hey I learned a lot from this video really good video thank you. My 97 Civic I believe is spitting black soot.. I don't think it's actual oil I think it's black soot and every time I rev up the car I parked somewhere and back up it's all over the concrete behind my car

I have a Suzuki Intruder 1400. It was sitting for years before I got it. I spent about $500 to get it running. It ran a few minutes before it started to spit oil out of one exhaust pipe. It's now been sitting since before the convid started. One day, I will take it apart and see what's going on.

I have a Miller 325 welder/generator ran off of a Kubota diesel engine and I added diesel oil that a buddy bought for his power stroke and started it and it spit oil out of the exhaust ran full throttle and I couldn’t shut it off, had to pull the battery out and it took 45 seconds longer to turn off, anybody have any ideas what I’ve done? I haven’t touched it since

Hi, I hope you can help, no one else seems to be able to. I have an Infiniti Q50 with a new engine, replaced by Infiniti in November 2022. I have had it tuned about 4 months ago, then 3 weeks ago it started pushing out clear oil out of my exhaust. In four hours of driving I lost about 1/4 of a quart of oil, did a compression test which was within specs, Infiniti thought it was leaking via the exhaust side of the turbos but that was clear of any oil. I have not noticed any decrease in power or performance, but in addition to the clear oil in the exhaust there is also a bit of smoke coming from the exhaust. Considering that I have a completely new engine with new turbos etc can you think of how oil is getting into my exhaust? Your help would be greatly appreciated as this is driving me crazy!

How would 1 clean the oil out of exuast system had a blown turbo fixed but yeh sparks flying tryed cleaning wit degreeser but still splatter

There is no easy way.... 1. Remove the exhaust system. 2. Use a degreaser: As you have already tried using a degreaser, you can try a more powerful one or use it in conjunction with a pressure washer or steam cleaner. 3. Scrape off any debris: Once the degreaser has had a chance to work, use a scraper to remove any remaining debris or carbon buildup. 4. Use a wire brush: A wire brush can help you scrub off any remaining debris or oil from the inside of the exhaust system. 5. Rinse with water: Use a pressure washer or hose to rinse off the degreaser and any remaining debris. 6. Check for damage: After cleaning the exhaust system, inspect it for any signs of damage or wear.

We have isuzu 4hg engine, oil leaks only from the number 4 exhaust. We changed the valve seal but still leaks. Could it be the valve, or the valve guide?

​@@subz3ro43 Oh you will, if you continue to drive them. Hyundai and Kia are horrendous cars that have cost people many thousands of dollars, and their premature blown engines have bankrupted many, ruining their lives. They should not be allowed to sell cars in the United States.

@@subz3ro43 The guy who bought it after you traded it in did for sure. I'm sure he's trying to get a warranty claim because of the multiple class action suits Hyundai lost, but sadly they still don't pay. Hyundai is a scum company.

@@WingoTribe704 Because he will have confidence knowing he doesn't have to chase other problems that come up. New engine, new transmission. His home is mostly new as it was once it came off the line (major components). I wish all a happy, safe, fun filled New Year!
