@@sniffingthesheets Aww, too kind :)I would go with Gender Queer by Maia Kobabe. It's a graphic novel that was created by the author as a way to tell their family what it means to be asexual and non-binary, and it does that very well. It's also the journey they have gone through from childhood, through adolescence and adulthood.

All the birds in the sky by charlie jane anders. Its very weird, has magic vs scifi, childhood friends to strangers to more, and the apocalypse (maybe).

Ohhhh I JUST seen this at my library!!!! I'll definitely be picking this one up next time, it sounds like a really great read!❤ I'm so happy to hear the dialouge is really natural, that is the first thing to pull me out if the story when the dialouge feels awkward!
