Crochet is my stress reliever. Without it, I'd unravel from all the stress in my life. I design my own patterns, that I turn into graphgans, which I give away as gifts. Seeing someone else happy from something I made with my own hands, gives me joy. There are gloves and wrist supports you can wear to help with pain if it gets that bad. Heck, I have an accordion closet full of yarn and crafting supplies. I fly through the yarn so fast, so it's not really hoarding. I can't sit still and do nothing while I am at my desk, watching a show, movie, or video on youtube. I have found I crochet faster and get more done while I am watching something. Don't knock crochet till you've tried it. but once you learn the basic stitches, and realize you can make something with your own hands, the possibilities become endless of all the crafts that can be made.

And not to mention the anxiety of losing a crochet hook. No, I can't just "use another one" and "find it later", it only gets more lost. The trauma of losing a crochet hook will never go away....

Come on 😟😾 through crocheting people explore new designs, through crocheting a person learns what it really takes to make a design and create something, crochet helps take away stress and give a person relief, crochet can be a business were people come and buy stuff when it's hand made.
