Tbh. No. Reading is relaxing for me. So when I had a job, reading was something I did after work to relax. Or if I was too tired, in the weekend. And I also always read before I go to sleep.

I have also set app timers for Instagram, Twitter and other such apps and the funny thing is, it is set to 30 minutes.

Good video! Personally, I don't struggle with this. Reading is my preferred pastime, so I spend a lot of time on it. I listen to audiobooks while driving to and from work and while out walking, I read in the evenings instead of watching television, and I read in bed before falling asleep. I do sometimes spend way too much time on my phone, but I do not feel it gets in the way of my reading because I have so much other time to read. I know if I had children at home, I probably wouldn't be able to read as much.

I feel the same. At this time in my life I have time to read so I fit it in kind of naturally. But I know for a lot of other people it's a little harder.
