Get a list of the top agents/teams in your market at your brokerage. Any agent doing more than 40 transactions per year is likely looking to start a team or already has one. Reach out and see if you can meet and see if there’s an opportunity to work together.

Can you tell us more about the percentage split within a team? So you ll have to split the commission with your brokerage, let s say 70/30.From the 70 % left, how s usually the commission split between the agent and team leader?
