When I heard these stories tonight I temporarily left this reality. Fog rolled in, in a sickeningly grape tinted hue. My mouth opened to scream at the purple horror, but no sound would come out. Then, I felt the ground drop out from under me and I was falling endlessly into a dark abyss. I woke up on the floor of my office, blinking at the bright lights above me in stunned silence.

The creature in the 2nd story, is most likely a Spirit. Maybe of a person who died in the forest. It was warning you of what may happen in the forest. So leaving was a good idea

All forests have spirit's being that are natural to the environment, some call them elementals. But they just observe people. But some places they have things other than elementals that will attack people, like skin walker ranch.

Nature spirits don't really appear to you and they use more natural forces to drive you away. Whereas a dead spirit will try ward you away from places by appearing to you. Skinwalkers aren't Elementals, they are folkloric witches. And they are also not real

Maybe you should see a doctor or someone who can help you find out what is going on. This sounds serious. Occasional sleeplessness is one thing. I always see you posting about this. Chronic sleeplessness could be a sign something else is going on. Please, seek help. 🙏🏼💙

I don’t know what you are taking. I use budget Benadryl from the dollar tree. Allergy stuff. My husband has weird hours. He wakes up around 3:30 - 4am. Sometimes I don’t fall asleep until he leaves around 5am. Sometimes I sleep at 2am, wake up at 5 when he leaves, and can’t get back to sleep until 6 or 7am. This time change didn’t help. I understand sleep problems. My doctor told me to cut caffeine after 2pm. From a different source I learned to wait 90 min after waking before having coffee in the morning. Only use your bed for sleeping (and intimacy) not tv watching, working or anything stressing. Your brain needs to associate it with sleeping. If you cannot sleep after 15 minutes, get up and maybe relax somewhere else until you’re ready to try again. In that time, avoid stimulating things. Read boring stuff. And watch out for blue lights from electronic devices like phones and TVs. Be in a dark room. These are things I learned that help. Oh I also discovered using a bio tuner helps with natural sleeping. It stimulates alpha waves in the brain, and naturally resets you. The one by sota instruments works for me. I always sleep well after I use it. The effects last for a few days, then I need another round. But I don’t mind. It feels nice using it. I hope this helps! But, I still think it’s wise to seek a medical opinion if this stuff I mentioned doesn’t help. I’ve dealt with chronic insomnia my whole life. It sucks.

@@firestick4991 I was prescribed the sleeping/anxiety pills to ease my nighttime paranoia from my psychosis by my psychiatrist back in February 2023. They worked up until this week. Night time is always stressful for my cause my psychosis really fucks with me “after hours” I have sleep paralysis every night. As well as a mystery between my psychiatrist and I. I feel physical pains in my dreams that I still feel after I wake up. The pain can last a couple seconds after I wake or up to a few hours. The pain varies depending on the severity of the injury with stand in the dream. Stab wounds to the stomach, being eaten alive, and burning are most common I’d say the last time I was burned in my dream the pain lasted about 6 hours

Man, last night, something crept into my room. It stood at the door, staring at me, a deep violet tint eminating around it. I realize this purple horror is not a figment of my imagination; my dog sees it too. I hesitantly turn on a flashlight.. only to see it is a purple, people-eating monster. My dog is NOT having it, and jumps off the bed like a gazelle spooked by a Wendigo, lunging after the beast. He chases it away, and it leaps over the fence into the water, only to realize it didn't follow the advice in this video and it cannot live in water. The monster dissolves into a puddle, dyeing the water purple as it disappears into the depths of the lake. Stay in your element, monsters. It may literally mean life or death
