The discussion covered the challenges that political leaders and healthcare systems worldwide faced in times of an unprecedented Pandemic - including deficits in crisis communication, leadership, preparedness, and flexibility within the healthcare system. However, this conversation was key in unpacking how the challenges we faced were valuable opportunities for leaders, and researchers to learn from to face future challenges.
