Great instruction! going to try these band exercises at the gym. One interesting thing about the platform vs the pinpoint stance. Remember Boris Becker? If you look at his service motion he used platform but his back foot was actually on the outside of his front foot like a lot of pinpoint servers have. You don't see this much but I find it useful because I don't have as much flexibility in my upper back but find it too complicated to toss the ball and move my feet at the same time. That drill you show where you serve completely facing the net is along these lines, you can generate a surprising amount of power even if you start 'open' as long as you have the rotation.

What about this advice about the kinetic chain of Service Don't think of bending your knees, the knees bend when you raise your heels.
