Intimidation is more like wariness/cautiousness (and results in submissive behaviour), whereas fear is a full blown emotional response that overrides logic and causes panic. Women like to be the submissive ones (even if they don't admit it because of feminism), but they do not like to be outright terrified. There is a difference between the two. And it is good for a woman to view a man as dominant, and act submissive towards him, it means she is attracted to him, and always will be. When she starts to perceive herself as the dominant one, and him as the submissive one (which almost always happens to beta males because they are too try-hard and needy), she will judge him as being beneath her, and she will quickly and easily dump him (and then completely forget about him) so she can search for a better man.

My competition body weight what I won State as a natural athlete was only 182!! I never said I was natural by any means I used three of the strongest steroids there were and put on 60 lb in 3 years and I did it so fast that I needed 11 operations to put things back together that I wore out like my wrist and shoulders and because I was able to deal with almost 600 pounds for reps I tore a whole big enough for half of my stomach to come through into my chest!!!! 240 lb at under 10% training for 12 years and a year and a half of those juicing hardcore and you think 240 is hard!!! Bro I live this I have five times the education the most called gurus do and I ran a health club for 5 years when I was doing this I lived in a bubble and I had a system constantly designed by myself that I designed according to the latest science and I didn't deviate from anything that I didn't have scientific backup on. And I don't have the genetics Ronnie Coleman was 240 lb on stage without ever taking steroids! So you have a hard time believing I'd used hardcore to hit 240 by 27 after using steroids to for 2 years??? This is nothing to be proud of in my head. I don't even consider myself having good genetics. I was able to do it a lot of guys weren't because I was smarter than they were. When I did State and one at only $182 lb in contest shape I did it without ever doing a drop of cardio and only training 45 minutes 5 days a week the same way Dorian Yates did and I couldn't handle that amount of volume. I had to cut down from the volume that he was using and according to him I was using more drugs than he did!! The maximum he ever said he used was 750 mg of testosterone a week along with 4 mg of deca and 50 mg of d ball a day! Oh yeah 8 IU's of growth hormone too which I never used! And that guy got the 300 lb at shorter than me. And he didn't train any harder than I did I trained the exact way he did he just had way better genetics.! Yeah I used 750 mg of test 450 mg of trend a week along with 75 mg of anadrol a day for 8 weeks cycles and one of them was even a 3 week cycle so I did three cycles in the first year alone. The first time I ever took steroids was only 500 mg of testosterone and I put on 20 lb and six and a half weeks.!! I don't know why you would have a hard time with this cuz those drugs are like magic. I mean I gain muscle without sleep and without training near as hard and it didn't even seem to matter whether I worked out most of the time I still gain muscle with that. Everybody wanted me to compete and I thought it was a joke because those guys use 10 times the amount of drugs I did and usually looked worse because they did 10 times the amount of work and they never could recuperate from it. Most people I run into dude train five times more the amount than they need to. I did this training six sets maximum a week each muscle most the time it was only four. And I'm talking including every working set I did. Now that would be harder for most people to believe then the body weight but Yates did more of a workout than I did and a little less drugs and was 60 lb heavier than me so why is this hard to believe.??? People only listen to the guy bigger than they are and it doesn't matter the guy that's educated and I've never been out of educated when the body building circle in my life. Most people including gurus can't even come close to what I know George Ferreira is the only one I've ever met is close I've studied this for 35 years and a fanatical level. I started out at 100 lb overweight and people said you can't die down for a show without cardio and I did that too and won!!! You're a little shorter than I am so it would be hard but I seen guys at your height at 300 lb. Bro with the pharmacology you've got nowadays available if you can't get to where I'm at with the shitty genetics I have you shouldn't be a bodybuilder or have aspirations of competition. But I would not trying to compete except for one time to prove that I knew what I was talking about. And I shut up over 5,000 people that said I couldn't do it! And all of them thought I was lying about the amount of training I did or that I was not actually natural which most of them did. All the guys that won that show before me were all used to the gills. The guy that won the muscle mania that was supposed to be a one year drug free show was taken 50,000 bucks worth of pharmaceuticals every month!!! And he was trying to tell me the team universe was all natural and I laughed in his face. I said you may tell these dumb shit pedestrians this in this club but don't try to sneak that past me when you got 21 inch arms and trying to tell me your natural. When I was natural and actually competed I trained for 8 years non-stop to get that way and I still sucked in my mind but I was good enough to win at 182 lb a whole state. They were over 50 people that got disqualified because they didn't pass the test and if you can't pass a drug test of the kinds they gave you and are taking steroids you're an idiot. And they were a lot of those guys were so messed up that stage from dehydration and no carbohydrates they couldn't even hit their face with a water bottle. I'm at best as far as my bodybuilding capability mediocre. And that's probably being arrogant and you guys think so at the bottom end of mediocre that I still couldn't accomplish that that's funny.!! If you put in the effort that I did for as long as I did consistently and couldn't get up to 240 lb using 2 g worth of steroids a week for 16 weeks out of the year for 2 years something's wrong. Either you have no fucking clue what you're doing in the gym and nutrition or your gear is completely fake or your Pee-wee Herman!!! That stuff works so well I called it rocket fuel!! I thought the pros just had 10 times better genetics than I did and knew some training method that I had no clue about. And I'm telling you those drugs work better than waiting a magic wand. I didn't even use growth hormone in insulin which would have put another 60 lb on me in a couple of years using hyperplasia!! I feel sorry for you guys honestly not knowing what is really possible but with his confusing is the information is out there right now it amazes me more people don't drop dead from hurting themselves and a lot of people do. They follow advice from these idiots like Kali muscle that are 60 lb heavier than they would be if they were natural or maybe a hundred and a lot of these guys wouldn't have anything if it wasn't for drugs cuz they had no clue what they're doing at least I could win a state natural before I cook anything and I was messed up probably there!! If you're at 190 lean at 5'8 you're more than likely natural and if less you're competing there's no reason to go past that bro. They only stimulate muscle and bone and I've been able to take this to the table and get back to the same lean body weight taking only sarms and 200 mg of testosterone replacement at 46 years old with less work than I did back then. That's regaining muscle so it was easy honestly. If you're having that heart of a time and I've been doing this for any length of time bro there's something tragically wrong with your program or something. There's so much misinformation out there that nobody believed I could do what I did and it was a joke because I thought I was doing badly. There were guys who were taking drugs by far that couldn't get anywhere near what I did just because they weren't doing it right and had no clue what they were doing. And you also cannot equate volume with growth these guys in real life a lot of times don't hit near the exercise they say they do they're just trying to sound hard. And none of them will tell you the real amount of drugs they're taking cuz they're a bunch of lying bitches!! Every so-called natural badass I've ever seen has turned out to be a liar every one of them in the last 30 years!!! I'm telling you right here and now at the end of my career I'd used hard for 2 years maybe closer to 18 months. Because I took breaks!! In 2 years people told me Brian you need to stop cuz you don't look like you anymore!! Like I said all drugs and I knew how to use them in the proper way to do it. I wish I had known back then what I know now and I wouldn't have the heart enlargement but I was educated enough to get rid of that too. I knew something was wrong because I couldn't get my breath back after doing a set of squats with 495 for 10 reps for 10 minutes. It should have only taken me 4 minutes to get my breath back!!! Guess what natural athletes usually never have an enlarged heart. At least not to the point where it's considered disease at all they have what's known as an athletic cart and the only reason I lived is because my heart was way stronger than normal but it was still enlarged. It took me 2 years to get to go back to normal!

Girls have told me that I come off as a very strong personality.
