But what intrigues me the most is how dumb I was to not realize I was doing a thing I didn't like myself: unloading emotional baggage and spreading negative energy. Needless to say, I became not very cherished for a while. But there is always a valuable lesson to take from any situation. Never ever be that person that radiates negative energy. If your life sucks, try to use other people to be positive, and an escape route rather than trying to have dark conversations about your issues with them. Instead of crying your heart out non-stop, invite over to a beer and try to have a laugh, cheer and stuff. Also, it's pointless to try and fix other people diving into their negative energy. You're not helping them, just getting infected. There are very rare occasions in which it is kind of acceptable to share a little of negative energy, and to be compassionate and let yourself be sad for an important person. Like death of a loved one and stuff. Other than that, avoid negative energy in a social relation like a plague. If you feel yourself sliding in that direction, stop and redirect. Modern western culture incentive people to be soft, let themselves be swallowed by sadness and depression. Don't do it to yourself.

Next time you see this sad person offer them a smile and make them laugh and see the miracle your small gesture can have. He or she will never forget the kindness you gifted and will make a loyal friend for life. You have the power to make do this just by having no fear. Fear is the opposite of love. If i am how i am to strangers with people ive known for years and are super comfortable with i get perceived as weak. So I am programmed to be on the defense. Also I am 6’7 with a skinny but ripped frame with tattoos. Also looks make you seem unapproachable. Hey this all stems back from my childhood. I was weak skinny physically so i was always picked on and taken advantage of. This one kid was bigger than me physically and always used to slap me around and try to mess with my head. I made it apart of me to never experience vulnerability like that ever again. So now I am the bad guy. For the ones who know me know i am really outgoing and very friendly. Lol similar situation for me, I was very short and chubby, Got picked on alot by older kids. I got tired of people looking down on me and i was going to stay the same height, so i joined wrestling in HS and eventaully started Bodybuilding, No one fucks with me no more. only issue is now im unapproachable because i show no sign of vulnerability. I kindve accepted the situation but its too bad since im like one of the nicest guys ever, so I minght not be approachable, however i guess ima have to just work on my aprroaches

I’ll make the first move especially when I’m interested in a woman just to see what the deal is. If she says yes or no it’s fine with me either way. It’s better to know then to make up some false reality in your head. 1: I have no phone so that doesn't apply. 2: I don't have much reason to smile. 3: I have no problem with eye contact, but my eyes have the look of a mentally and emotionally tired war vet with ptsd. 4: I'm not nervous. 5: I never try too hard. I just carry on. 6: That doesn't apply to me either. 7: When standing in public, I don't cross my arms. My thumbs are in my pockets, so my arms aren't just hanging at my sides. I don't have an angry look either, just alert and cautious. It's kind of like looking at the face of a panther, mountain lion or cougar in its native environment.
