Yes! I am going to implement the making my bed. I split chores, Mop it Monday is all floors sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, straightening up living room/toys. I pull off sheets/blankets first thing in the morning and run those. I scrub my little half bath as I mop that. Throwing stuff away as I go. Tuesdays are toilets/bathrooms. I also grocery shop this day right after school drop off so I'm there right when it opens. Wednesdays is wipes it down, so all cabinets, stove, microwave, dishwasher, all countertops declutter and scrub, coffee pot, sinks. I also sweep and sometimes mop the kitchen again 😂 kids! And then I also do 1 load everyday as well and always putting dishes either away or in the dishwasher. I meal plan for a week usually at a time so I'm only running 1 day. Fridays are refresh so if I have time I'll vaccum up the living room again/kids take care of toys. I also put my strength training in first like you said! I do that 3x week! This helps everything from being overwhelmed or piling up!

@thegoodnessmargin I had a breakdown 😆 earlier last year before school ended. It was too much! I decluttered from May to August and made a schedule to fit school my work and make weekends off. Otherwise I was cleaning like 13hrs in one day. But number 1 rule is throw it out! So I go weekly through the house and try to get rid of stuff as soon as my kids say this doesn't fit or I see I'm not using it in over a year, it's gotta go! Summer I take 1 room at a time and go through all of it! It made me feel like a weight was lifted!
