Great video as usual.I watched ur study triggers video few months ago and I use sticky note on my phone.I write an inspirational quote on it so when I when I m about to snooze my alarm(I am an extreme night owl so its very hard for me to wake up),I see the quote and I don't. Also idea: when studying a new language, for vocabulary: you can stick a note with a proper translation for items around your house... so on your room door you can post a sticky note that says vrata, that's the translation in Croatian! Hehe 😊😊

Hi Anna! how's it going? I've just made a schedule for my finals and last assignments and I literaly have only 4 days off in two months (for christmas and new year's eve). I hope I will be consistent y don't miss any task! Usually if I miss one task, I feel disappointed and give up on doing the rest because I think it cuts the whole schedule.😥 How do you cope with that? Speaking of sticky notes, I also use them to write possible exam questions and place them in the page where I can find the answer ☺ Thanks for the video, very usefull as always! 💕

Hi Sandra! When I miss one task and I end up being overwhelmed and discouraged I take the time (usually 1-2 hours) to re-center myself. Usually planning, re-organizing my schedule and just getting my motivation back up by reading positive books/quotes or Pinterest pictures. Your schedule should be a general guide not a set-in-stone to do list that you HAVE to respect. To give you an example, some days I just can't do anything right for the life of me - maybe I am tired or in a low period - then I just stop and spend the time to relax take a bath - read - sketch in my bullet journal - and this is my fuel. Then the next few days I find that I am SO much more productive - and what I study registered so much better with me. :) I hope I am explaining myself well lol So if you miss one task one day - if you take the time to re-fuel - you will find that you will do MORE and that one missed task will look like peanuts. I hope this answers your question. Sending you much love from Canada! You can do it!💕
