Thank you for the video! What is a royalty distribution in the coaching industry? How much do you keep and what percentage does the company get? How should we monitor the quantity of sales by the company?

Those are great questions which can’t be answered fully in comments however here is some good starter info: There is no standard royalty % and most of my clients receive a lump sum first, royalties are case by case and not standard if used at all. You’ll want to set your rules for use of your content which includes quality and delivery parameters, and build these into your licensing agreement.
