I swear I’m not a moron, I just never understood game development entirely. And I don’t know why, but the simple sentence “Take these assets and tweak them to fit your project” genuinely helped me open my eyes. I’ve always wanted to make a game and resented using free assets because I fear it’ll look like every free to play game in the market because I thought I was supposed to just use them with all default settings and textures, like legos or something. But after watching and learning, I’ve learned that any game could be amazing if you know what you’re doing. I get easily discouraged because I don’t know what I’m doing or nothing works and lose ALL motivation. This video was very helpful to me, thank you for this. I hope I can make a game and it actually works out 😂
