Wow that was great, I have traded with 4 Lakhs capital 19& 12 September got profits of 8 Lakhs 71 thousand lost all 8 Lakhs, even withdrawn my money, however again i started trading next day, lost all 8 Lakhs. On Friday i entered 10 trades lost one trade. Though i am not a learned trader but what your saying always felt not disciplined enough to do, what was told here actually very important.

Thank you. This video resonates with me a lot. Yesterday nifty rallied and I had position of 25000 call. I picked it around 40₹ and when it crossed 100₹, I knew I was on the right side of trade. Instead of adding more to position I squared off at 115₹. I added more at 150₹ sold at loss at140₹. Again did at 200₹, sold at loss of 198₹. Then before 3 PM, I had at 10₹, but sold at 9₹ and the strike reached 30₹+. I don't know why I am getting fearful to hold or why I gets hyper focused on the price change. I tried taking break but my behavior pattern is getting repeated over and over again. Even with 1 lot, I am repeating the same. Eagerly waiting for part 2, so that I could get some learnings on how to get out of this fearful trading behavior pattern.

Exit condition should be like, in option strike chart if 5 min candle crosses below previous low of 5 min candle then exit immediately, provided previous 5 min candle is not very big and if it is very big then you can trail loss till 25% of the previous candle. Instead of P&L look at option strike price chart and keep your finger on exit button on another device. Also to avoid FOMO (fear of missing out) try to practice JOMO (Joy of missing out)

Exactly sir, starting few minutes was like you were reading me, that sleepless nights, its 3 A.M right now and i am thinking about market, will i be profitable, where am i making mistake, how not to fear from loss. Although i am very new to trading and i am developing 2 habits which are forbidding me to be a good trader 1. Can’t hold winners,( which i am improving day by day and seeing good results) 2. Fear of loss this is something i am stuck at, i would like to share one instance few days ago as soon as I initiated a trader my loss went suddenly at 2% i was full of fear. Just watching my Mtm and getting more nervous then I realised i am not at the right path and gave myself a tight slap and everything got clear and few minutes later i got out at breakeven Currently out of 10 trades , i am losing 8 trades but those two trade i am learning to hold and hold
