I sleep in silk cap. It is so comfy and prevent hair from damages made while I'm asleep. I bought mine from a little handmade shop in Poland- ALMANIA. But I guess you can find this thing in every country. Just remember to buy real silk! It is more expensive but your hair and head skin will love you for that
