There are many people who believe themselves to be sigma but there are few who actually think and behave in this manner. I have never in my lifetime met anybody who thinks and reacts in the way I do. Though I recognise all of my personal traits described in these videos, I have never given myself a label of any kind. From my earliest childhood memories, I have always known that I was different to all the rest, and indeed people have commented on this fact throughout my lifetime. My weak and pathetic neighbour believed himself to be a sigma, l had to laugh at his assumption. I am not interested in being a leader, but there have been occasions when I've told people that if they follow my instructions, then I'll get them out of a situation alive. There's something very special at play when a complete stranger will pass dozens of other people to reach me for help, not in one isolated case, but daily over decades. I have never been able to explain this phenomenon, nor put a label on it. Still it continues unabated even at my advance age. In all the descriptions within these videos, I recognise myself and wonder about the man who understands this stuff enough to be so accurate in his description. It is truly astonishing.

In my younger day I was sssooo like these points. I'd turn on a whim and quit a job when I knew an injustice had been done or I was working in a toxic environment. I am super direct and don't mince my words. As I manager, if I sensed deceit or lies, I'd tell it like it is. I can spot a liar or shyster from a mile away. Frequently, I'd used strategy to outmanouvre or expose dishonesty or a lack of integrity. Sigmas are highly symbolic thinkers and read pattern like a book. Yeah some jerk was trying to stiff me on a rental car. I could feel the adrenalin dripping tick tock, drop by drop. I started to get a caged up feeling. The red starts climbing up my neck. About 25 people in the room started giving each other worried looks. They could feel it. My wife told me I was scaring them. And that certainly wasn't the first time. My dad was like that. I heard him challenge a man to a duel on the phone who was hassling his girlfriend. And he meant it. Quiet and reserved like me....UNTIL! I have avoided many, many conflicts for this because I'm afraid what I might do.

It takes a damned long time to get me out of my cool. But if someone has managed to do it, then they had better stay out of my way, otherwise there could be psychological consequences for you... I then attack sore points that the person didn't know about yet.

Yeah I might just finish for a while when we get really angry we get really sad we need to if something else is stressing us we will go to find ourselves within that calm of the storm and we will present the eye of the storm to ourselves as if we weren't ourselves because if you do not know yourself you will never know anyone else's intentions are your own for that matter if you can't read yourself and know yourself you'll never know anything about anyone on a conscious level of interacting with him whatsoever
