I was around 10 years old and my parents and my sibblings were standing on a tourist ship to visit the statue of Liberty and go around it. On deck there were like metal camping chairs (It was 40 years ago) and a women took away a chair that was standing next to me. I looked at her twice during the next three minutes or so, she started to curse and took another chair a few meters behind and put it next to me while cursing. Over decades, I hated myself, because I could not fit in, either as an employee nor in a higher position. I disliked the alphas and saw them as posers and their permanent need for attention as weak, but I hated myself when I forced myself to put myself in the light but also when I just was a follower because a lot of the tasks just did not make any sense. To function I went into a freeze mode, spoke only the necessary, did what I was told and started to dy inside. Watching videos like this opened my eyes to the possibility that I might be one of this type of people, because almost all of what he describes seems to fit.

No, this time i think you misinterpreted a few times. F.i. When it comes to teamwork I think it’s not the teamspirit that is lacking in the sigma to accomplish the task. What’s making the sigma withdraw is his disgust for groupdynamics and ego-and powergames among the other members of the team. For most non-sigmas these groupdynamics are the real motivation and the task is only the excuse. For sigmas that’s a waste of time and energy so they prefer to withdraw or do the task alone. Secondly when you accuse the sigma of arrogance you don’t see that the sharp mind lives his whole social life in humility. It’s the Alfa and beta that live for social recognition and in their mindset they interprete genuine briljance as arrogance , cause that’s what’s they feel when they show off their knowledge.

About 15 years ago, I was tasked with developing a system to reduce/return the theft and unauthorized use of plastic product bins. Within 30 days we saw tremendous results, to the tune of saving over $80,000.00 per month. Not sure if sigma but I do use my anger as a tool, either to get someone too annoying off my back or to punish consitent bad behavior to deter it. I release only when I choose to, it's not uncontrolled at all, I let myself lose control for a few moments when I think it's appropriate... It's extremely rare but I do feel sooo good and calm afterwards in the next minute. Most people don't dare to look me in the eyes during it though. 😂 Probably because I'm so calm and tempered usually so they are quite taken aback.

It's not even always anger but, it can sure make others angry enough to leave if they don't last long enough to make me angry. It's my great equalizer that runs off a ton of morons. Usually if you can bring that side out of me you aren't smart nor strong enough to stick around anyway. Sometimes I just fire it for spite xD

Let stop you with the nonsense about how sigmas deal with feelings. A sigma that has growth does deal with feels, any negative that comes out way, we deal with it so it doesn't fester, and that done with a warning label. We don't bottle up our emotions because then we know when it explodes, there will scorched earth.... literally.... And about perfection, I obtained it, but I knew I couldn't maintain it, because it too foreign to any me, and to anyone else it would be the same. Our bodies are of this world, and there is always a inner conflict, so perfection can be obtained, but by the flesh being used to chaos, you won't have it for long. If what you say is a sigma male, I've overcome a lot, and lived through hell, and I still made it out with no scratches or scars, only in life where I'm supposed to be. If people don't get me by now, that's how it's supposed to be, and I keep pushing.
