You actually would learn the fundamentals better with Feng probably. Raven is too weird to use as a first character, but you can get away with murder also sometimes because not many people know how to fight him

I got to tenryu before I fly to Japan. Pretty sure I am the only Raven in red rank (in my region) because every match is one and done

Nice to see another Raven player struggling like myself, I feel you basically can not play him unless you learn the instant while rising moves, I just can't do them consistently. Very frustrating.

Love tekken! Played since like 1998. I still suck by the way. Learning 100 moves n combos n punishes for your main. Easy mode. Learning 100 moves n punishes for 30 other characters. Bang my head in the wall mode.

Perfect example for me, I can't wave dash or kbd, but I don't care to learn them. Which means I will plateau when I start constantly facing players who know how to do those things.

I am actually using Raven for evo japan today. Let’s see how it goes. Can’t promise anything if my first opponent is a dragu. Update: Nevermind, train tranfer beat the crap out of me and I might be late Update 2: yea not even making it when loser start Update 3: nvm got to play in loser. Did not end the day in 0-2

You need to come back and start making more content man, you not letting this thing get away are you? You got 71k views on that really good street fighter video. Also your channel avatar isnt cutting it, reminded me of a vanity fair logo or clothing brand logo, a pixelated pickle would even be an improvement. Hope your channel booms someday man, you've definetely got it. Whatever "it" is.

Also your thumbnails and titles are often too cluttered or not pulling attention. I think your getting better at fighting games is a perfect title/thumbnail example, simple title with a thumbnail not cluttered with detail. I think that video did great for a few reasons. It absolutely pulls attention Anyway just my honest feedback, hope its useful. If you get 100+ vids and still no kick off then id understand putting it down, but right now i feel like you could still go big, you're only at 50. Really enjoy your character.

Thanks for the comment and feedback! I have been editing and working on other video ideas. But since I want to do everything by myself plus my day job. The entire process is extremely slow. I know what you mean about the thumbnail. Been trying to copy or make other style of thumbnails but just doesn’t feel right. Still experimenting. As for the channel logo, it was my conscious decision. Somehow the generic style poked my funny bone. Might change it if I got some dumber ideas tho. I am doing this as a hobby. Not going to put it off anytime soon. Hopefully my next video can come out before July.
