If you have dogs you can let them drink out of the Bow without worry. The North Saskatchewan is nasty regardless. I'd drink out of the Bow most of the year, I wouldn't dip my toes in the North Saskatchewan. Also please mention that the crime rate in Edmonton has always been higher than Calgary and keeps increasing the margins

Good, I was wheezing when they got to the last point though; as a non-Canadian Canadian my interest in hockey or whatever that sport is, goes below zero, I would never take that element into consideration.
