somewhat the stores with C hv the best food.. hahaha,,,,, it does not mean that the food in stores rated C are dirty tho, they are the busiest food stalls with the longer queue, perhaps the cook have not cleared up his pails yet due to the amount of customers

Strangest law that I know about Singapore - It is illegal to walk around naked in your own home if your neighbour can see you through the window :)
@intheworldofmari5 жыл бұрын
yes! this one I am also aware of.. I agree with Jen LL.. these rules might seem silly but there is definitely good reason behind it :) :)

Can do anything but dun get caught. Not all punishment involve caning. The enforcer in Sg will only catch people when there’s an operation going on. Especially certain new law n rules, example recently E.scooter, there are many enforcer catching the rider.
@intheworldofmari5 жыл бұрын
yes, but rightly so. People are driving like mad on the e-scooters! it is not safe..

I think they should station officers in toilets to enforce the flushing law. So far it has not been enforced 🙂
@intheworldofmari5 жыл бұрын
Sean 😂😂😂 that would be hilarious!
@crosbyong5 жыл бұрын
It’s true you can be fined for not flushing but like all laws one have to be caught or proven that one is guilty. So if one is stupid enough to commit an offense and be caught in the act, then, you’ll be fined! Unfortunately, still does not prevent many inconsiderate users from making our public toilets filthy and stinky :( But, as you would know too, while we have lots of laws (fines) for many uncivil or offensive acts, you can hardly see a policeman or even hear police siren on any given day. Perception of Singapore being a draconian city-state cannot be further from the truth. I would fear a policeman in US than in Singapore. Don’t you agree? BTW, durian is one of those food, you either love or hate. But it has many different cultivar (varieties). Perhaps with some help, you may learn to acquire this strong aromatic/pungent fruit with a custardy texture and depending on which cultivar, taste range mix of cheese, onion, alcohol and perhaps ammonia for those who dislike it 😝

Awesome news indeed. Singapore is a tourist city/country so the queue to add money to your travel card be lengthy at most of the MRT station. This is an excellent news and a happy change.

Canning is effective to deter stubborn criminals from going into prison frequently for free food and accommodation. Even gangsters are scared of canning. It is unique of Singapore.
