Great video, and much needed, solid advice for any professional. The bonus word for the day: "musicgiganometries"... man, I wish they would have had THAT class in High School. Thank you, Aaron for sharing you prodigious skills and talents with us 99%'ers.

Haha! Yes, to me, math is like a blazer jacket with holes in it -- not my strong suit!

Fantastic tips. Thanks for sharing this Aaron. People skills are just like any other skill and take practice. In the medical world we talk about the three “A”s of success which are being Available, Affable and having Ability - and that goes exactly along with what you have outlined here. Thanks for being awesome! 😊

Right!! Thanks! Yeah, I realize many of these tips may be almost common sense to a lot of us, but it's good to refresh them in our minds and practice them out in the real world.

Good solid tips, also your humor is absolutely fantastic. In my experiences, music is the part that you do the least when you play/sing for a living (not that I play for a living, that's my fun monies)! Or at least it's the part that people see the least. Networking like you said is huge. Most of my gigs have come from people who know me and recommend me to people. Be good to people and people will be good to you.
