6 Tips on how to hold your breath longer than your friends 1.Do not eat 4 hours before. Digesting food uses energy and using energy also using your oxygen. 2.Use the toilet You may not feel like doing it yet but keeping it in uses energy. 3.Relax and don’t move. Feel every muscle in your body, just breathe calmly, thinking uses energy. 4.Warm-up your lungs. Not by swimming, sliding, or exercising but by breathing through your lungs and holding your breath for 30 seconds for 2 minutes and hold your breath as long as you can. 5.Final preparation and let your friends go first. 6.Breath out all air and take a very deep breath. You are welcome!

I’ve made tremendous improvements in my breathing capacity and endurance by using my BreatheEasy Lung Exerciser, by always breathing through my nose and my holding my breath with empty lungs for as long as I can. I’ve seen my energy/libido increase, my outlook on life be bright and my sleep is deeper. My sinuses also stay clear due to the nose breathing. At night I tape my mouth gently shut to prevent mouth breathing at night. Put it all together and the end result is that my breathing is amazing. I’m 54 and in very good health and now it’s even better!

I had that problem when I went past 8ft. I watched a video where they explained that you just need to pop your ears (same concept as high pressure in air planes) when you start to feel the pain. I have to hold my nose and blow to get them to pop. Now I can get to the 16ft section of my local spring.
