Is it hard to believe it's already Autumn? Here in Virginia in the US; it's been warm still only getting chilly after dark. Many places are still green along the Blue Ridge Mountain near where I live; but it's absolutely one of the most beautiful places to visit once they start turning. Oh, how nice! We own a farm, have a woodstove, and a dirt driveway. Plus, I live with my family. And 12 barn cats that parade in and out the doggie door, it’s like Grand Central Station. Cleaning is non-stop. I cook big meals because everyone takes leftovers for lunches, there’s always dishes, it’s hard to catch up. Watching other how they do stuff is a big help, you’ve given me great ideas! Thank you!

Hello, as a portuguese woman i have to say that the things you eat make me very confused. For instance, in portugal we do not use nurnips frequently, maybe in the soups. Also we cook with olive oil and onions and garligs most of the time, and you have a lot of ingredients in the same meal wich i s not common here either. I find portuguese recepies amazing and delicious and i would have to say that i could not eat anything from your plate, but i know it is true when you say that it is delicious.
