После просмотра роликов Нами, я аромалампу себе уже купила, чайник с подогревом чайной свечой купила, украшать блюда начала. Надо ещё приучить себя вставать в 5 часов 30 минут, а то я еле-еле встаю в 7 часов 30 минут😊 А ещё мне очень интересно понять, как чисто технически Нами снимает камерой себя. Как она переставляет, носит за собой камеру. Нами, с любовью из России.

Honestly i didn't feel like doing anything today. I have a number of chronic mental health conditions and my days are a battle. I've found watching your videos early in the morning just help give me a small push to get even just the dishes done or make the bed. I don't care for getting big tasks done or lots and lots done. I care for surviving another day and i feel good when i can achieve even 1 or 2 tasks. ❤
