As simple as it looks, those economy seats have good lumbar support. Rode economy trains all the way from jakarta to bali last month. Quite a workout, 20h on train and only cost 16usd the whole trip.

it will be very sore and so tiring taking 8 hours with economy class. Economy class just for 2 - 3 hour trip, it's still ok.

I’m not sure what CA class is… but we did 8 hours on economy class and it was okay. A little cramped. I think the middle class is the way to go.
