I'm gonna buy a 4runner myself in 9 months. Been a mazda 3 owner for the last 20 years. Looking forward to getting to know this mid size suv

The transformation after 30 day is justification for your path of sobriety. Personally I manged 75 day sobriety before falling off the wagon but now really keen to get back on that wagon!

146 days here! Thanks to giving up alcohol I realised how social I truly am. I can chat with anyone about anything, in most settings. Which I thought was only because of alcohol. But nope. I was so wrong when I thought “I am an introvert that needs alcohol to be chatty”. Yay!

Dope vid! Just got my 2024 4Runner We have the same dislikes except for the camping part lol I literally bought it to camp and im 5'9 and fit perfectly. And you can easily remove the seats if you need that space. But small Price to pay for a 4ever truck

U have to get the SR5 where the back seat folds down with out pulling the seat up ,, & add the trd off road package for $4,500 to the SR5 after u get the SR5, Roseville Toyota in california installs accessories like off road package . . then the twin mattress should fit ... OR u have to get the 2025 with the bigger cab 6in longer and 2in wider & take a chance on the turbo and new powertrain that has failed in tundra etc, etc, etc. or u can just buy a short twin for like a motor home or camper trailer from a mattress store & not do any of it... lol's. 🏳🌈🎌

This is WHY you need a female to review a vehicle. (yes I went there hope I didn't offend all the activists) They are so meticulous when it comes to the necessities of everything outside of the mechanics of a vehicle like what space you need for certain trips, where the accessories or add-ons are for convenience. I sometimes neglect such things or take them for granted and only think about engine when buying a car. Great video!!

Thanks for your great review, and I'm so glad to find out about the tube steps. They do look so cool, but obviously not practical and can potentially cause some ankle mishap if one isn't being as attentive.

Twin mattress is 75” long. So a mattress would not fit in the RAV4 which has a cargo capacity length of 68”, so 7” too long.

I just found your channel tonight because I recently put a deposit down on a 2024 4Runner at Pedersen Toyota; I definitely want a 5th gen.! Then I noticed on an earlier video that your RAV4 had a Pedersen Toyota sticker. It’s fun to see locations that I’m familiar with like the Poudre Canyon, Sweet Melissa’s, etc... I think I remember seeing your Shasta posted for sale somewhere online in the mountains a few years ago, as they are another interest of mine; I’m glad to see that you got it! Anyway, I’m sad to see that it’s been awhile since you’ve posted a video, but I’ll be looking for you and Luna whenever I’m in Loveland from now on!

Hi! Thanks for watching! We’re still around and will be back to KZbin eventually. I’m focusing on my real estate career right now, but plan on making more videos soon. Megan was my sales rep/friend at Pederson - if she’s yours too, tell her I say hi! :)

I’ve been trying to decide which trim level of 4Runner to buy for my wife and I for awhile now. As a daily driver, do you like how the Off-Road Premium rides on road? For car camping, have you thought about using a cot? Saw a video where someone used an REI Kingdom cot and it looks like it raises up above where that seat folds down. Might be a simpler solution if you don’t want to mess with a full platform.

I think the Off Road drives fine on the road. However, if she won’t be going off roading, I think you’ll also be totally fine saving money with a lower trim level.

I agree with you 100% on everything, the world,ur friends and society in general is definitely not set up for us non drinkers I truly believe it makes drinkers uncomfortable keep up the good work and it gets more comfortable as time goes on, good luck!!

it's clear that you need to focus on your diet as well as your alcohol drinking. I bet you are intolerant to wheat or dairy. How about taking up some sports or hobbies rather than hanging out in bars hoping to make friends. That comes across as really weird and also dangerous. Your thinking is very screwed up and almost alcoholic. Maybe go to AA.

I’m on day 37. Similar to you not an alcoholic just decided it wasn’t doing me any good. Had my last drink on New Year’s Day. I love how happy you are in some updates and then how real you are. Showing it’s not always easy. I am curious how are you doing with it now? I think you come across like so much fun and bubbly. You definitely don’t need alcohol to be fun ! Hope you’re doing good 🙂

Engage and use your 4WD at least once a month.... They freeze up and bind otherwise. That will become an expensive repair.

Fun video, and I love the honesty re: nuts & bolts knowledge. I go heavy on the feels, while then diving into the nuts & bolts. I’m a guy, I can’t help it. 😂 Re: towing: I’m sure you’ve seen Tails of Wanderlust on KZbin…she towed her Airstream Basecamp with her ‘Yota 4Runner, and while she acknowledged it’s towing downsides, also towed it everywhere. I’m a photographer, and set up at shows/festivals across the country. So I have to keep my gear inside the vehicle, and I am getting a rooftop tent for the times I’m sleeping on the road. I may eventually decide on a teardrop trailer for sleeping, but that’ll be primarily if I age out of crawling on top of my vehicle 🤣😂 Hoping you get out and get some camping in!

If you don’t like the scratches in the back, look into a Canvas Back for your trunk space. Really neat product that protects your entire trunk space.
