Yeah very tricky, hard-ish to get his Captain ability at its fullest and also hard to get his amplification from the special, Bandai is beeing very careful with what they give us for free

10* but you can only get extra tickets with the new chopper or new banner units but you can run a friend captain chopper for more tickets
